Pig ‘N Peppers 🐷Recipe By: Amber O’Farrell King
- 1 package of link sausage. I love Country Meat Packers jalapeño pineapple.
- 1 red onion (only use half)
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cup of diced potatoes
- Cavenders (for potatoes)
- Garlic Pepper (for pepper & onion mix)
Tips & Tricks:Use diced potatoes from the cold section if you want to cut out chop time.
Chop onions & peppers beforehand and seal in a container if you want to cut down prep time.
If you don’t want to use/don’t have potatoes, eliminate and serve this over rice.
+++I do let my potatoes cook in the skillet for about five minutes before I add other ingredients.
